1. You must be detail oriented in your carpentry repairs and have tools to complete them.
2. Read, write legibly, and comprehend pesticide labels and training materials printed in English.
3. Use application equipment; small hand and power tools.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
*2-3 years of construction background is a MUST
*Good driving record
*Clean drug screen
*Clear criminal history
*Read and write English, bilingual OK
*Licensed Applicators or Inspectors (Branch 3) preferred
Administrative Coordinator (Part-Time)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint), CRM Experience
UDA Construction Suite or similar CRM (Preferred), QuickBooks
3 Years Administrative (Required) plus 1-2 Years within the Industry (Preferred)
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
*Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and multitask in a fast paced environment.
*Ability to work independently while performing routine administrative duties
*Ability to create simple to complex documents and project databases including data input, file management and report generating.
*Ability to manage the construction administration process – scopes, estimates, bids, contracts and job monitoring.
*Ability to respond to changing priorities while continuing to maintain an attention to detail.
*Excellent organization and time management skills.
The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: extensive scheduling, answering phones, filing and other basic administrative duties.
